Yes, you can choose your preferred music for the video. Although I may need to obtain a personal licence for a particular song which may incur an addtional cost. I can also provide licensed music options if needed. We'll discuss your preferences during the planning stage.

I use the latest Sony Mirrorless Cameras with high end lenses capable of producing incredibly detailed shots and crisp 4K footage. For audio I use a mix of professional lavalier microphones and wireless microphones. I am always upgrading my gear and equipment.

The turnaround time for photos is typically 30 days, depending on the scope of the project. For weddings and large events, it might take up to 6 weeks. I will provide an estimated delivery date when your session is booked.

The final video will be delivered in 4K high-definition digital formats, typically MP4. If you require a specific format, please let me know in advance.

Raw footage can be provided upon request. There may be an additional fee for this service, as raw footage requires extra storage and handling.

Not Currently but this something I am looking into providing in the near future. If drone footage is essential for your project, please let me know and I can look into outsourcing it for an additional fee.

If the weather is unfavourable for an outdoor shoot, we can reschedule to another date that works for both parties. If there is another reason for rescheduling such as ill health or an emergency I typically allow the shoot to be rescheduled once to allow for when life gets in the way.

You can cancel up to 28 days before the shoot date. Unfortunately the deposit is non refundable but if for what ever reason you decide you don't want to go ahead the remainder of the balance will be refunded to you within 14 days of cancellation. Anything cancelled with less than 14 days notice is not refundable.
